Description
Using San Marzano italian tomatoes, we slow cook them for about 2 hours with some extra virgin olive oil, basil and a touch of garlic to extract the sweetnes and combine all the flavors. Ready to add to any pasta of your choice, you can add mozzarella, parmesan, our sicilian chilli jam, some fresh basil or pesto, however you like your pasta!
You can refrigerate up to 3 days and freeze for up to a month.
